The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is stylish. The breakfast was a good start to the day, with a very traditional Brazilian breakfast. The location was very good, we were walking distance from many interesting restaurants. Also walking distance from a metro station.
Rooms were comfortable and spacious and good hot water shower and bath. Breakfast was solid and relaxed.
Very clean; they make your bed everyday and clean the rooms and bathrooms at least once a day. Great kitchen, you can find anything here. The best breakfast I had in a Brazilian hostel. Natural juices, hotdogs, cake and scrambled eggs. Also the hostel looks new and fancy.

People are warm and helpful although most of them don't speak english, they still tried their best to help us with directions. Waking tour is wonderful. We had a great time. Food is amazing. Plenty of good restaurants and bars around.

We went by chance only, all family. The kids loved the aquarium, ibirapuera park is lovely for jogging, cycling or using the electric scooters. On Sundays the Paulista Avenue is closed to pedestrians only and you'll find all type of street parties going on.

There are a couple staff members who know English, and even those who don't have patience to help you with your problems and questions. For a smaller hotel is run very professionally.
